I live in Nashville, TN.  I have been interested in learning the bagpipes for years, but with work and family responsibilities I have not pursued lessons.  Now that I have retired, I am in a position to devote time to learning to play the bagpipes.  I read music and have played piano, guitar, and trumpet.  I look forward to learning the bagpipes so that I can play at military funerals, church, and in a local pipe band.  My family immigrated from Scotland around 1750 and bagpipes are part of my heritage.
